Nearly two decades ago, I found myself lost in the depths of despair after the end of my 17-year marriage. Despite having invested 12 years in a successful career at Delta Airlines, the fulfillment I craved remained elusive. I had grown emotionally numb in my work, and as my marriage unraveled, I was compelled to seek change. Standing at a crossroads, I faced a critical decision: would life simply happen to me, or would I take control and shape my destiny? Driven by a desire to rediscover myself, I embarked on a journey to explore the depths of my identity.
